We are well aware of the importance physical activity- and our mission is that you know it as well.
The Tribe Fitness Center has three levels. We distinguish four areas of training: cardio zone, a functional training zone, a zone with fitness trainers and a zone for fitness in larger groups. After each training you can take a bath and refresh - in all of the dressings there are showers.
Our Team is made up of people who have been practicing fitness for many years. We are well aware of the importance physical activity- and our mission is that you know it as well. That's why we invest our knowledge, experience and energy and we want to motivate you to feel better after each training.
Everything we do is subordinate to YOUR needs. Every week certified trainers could prepare a training schedule according to your needs – your goal, free time and previous results. They will keep track of your progress every week, listen to your suggestions and accordingly help you achieve your goals.
Personal training means you're never alone. The trainer works with you on an individual training plan, he’s there while you are practicing, he is monitoring your progress and taking care of your health and your form. Individual training means that one person will make sure that he chooses appropriate exercises and a diet that will help you achieve your goal.

Functional training today is referred to as one of the most popular training systems in the world. One of the reasons for its popularity is that there are no complicated exercises - they are all derived from everyday movements. Some of the basic exercises in functional training are jumps, squats and lifting... however, do not be fooled to think this will be a easy training.

I came to Tribe with 185 kg! When I came to my first training I was ashamed. I basically managed to put myself into a position that I was almost like a handicapped person. You have handicapped persons, born with certain disadvantages, and I had everything but I was slowly destroying that. I was truly ashamed. In the beginning you hate the fact that you are not functional, you hate that you are inactive. You struggle, you want to be better. At this moment I list 20kg but I am not preoccupied with numbers. My goal is to be able to run, bend, and do daily activities with ease. People at tribe became my allies.
Tribe feels like home. I am an active member for almost 9 months. Aspirations to look better, and have a better and healthier life led me to think about what should I need to change. Considering that workout hasn’t been my favorite routine, I was not very motivated to train, but thanks to the wonderful TRIBE team I overcame this prejudice and now I can say that training became a kind of habit that I couldn’t imagine my life without.
WORKOUT WITH INDIVIDUAL APPROACH GAVE ME THE BEST RESULTS. I am with TRIBE since the beginning. At first I was going only to group trainings witch are great. Later I started combining group trainings and workouts with a personal trainer, because i felt that I reached my limits witch I wasn’t able to overcome by myself. This combination gave me the best results. My form drastically improved whit this approach.
TRIBE TRANSFORMED ME. Because I felt I don’t have enough motivation and confidence, plus I couldn’t find adequate workout regime for me, and considering I was overweight, I came to a conclusion that my best option is a personal trainer that will control me and motivate me.
I chose TRIBE because of my friends recommendation. My personal trainer Djorje who gave me all the attention I needed, the wonderful and friendly people around me, and the fantastic atmosphere kept me motivated! Working out should be fun, and that’s what TRIBE gave me.
Years without results, and then one day it all changed. We always find excuses to postpone. It took me almost five years to get to a decision to workout. All that delaying started wasting my energy, I didn’t have energy and I figured out this is all because of lack of physical activity. Then one morning I left all excuses behind me, I called my friend and told him “Tomorrow we start working out”. Four months later I lost 10kg, but that’s not all. I was focused on waking up my body. At first, a long slow walk on a treadmill felt hard, but today I am running on a 15% angle treadmill with ease.
When you start enjoying your training, you forget about looks and kilograms. The feeling you get after a hard workout is precious. That feeling keeps me coming back for more.
