Benefits of a gym workout

One of the benefits of exercising in the gym is that you choose the type, intensity and duration of the training. If you are more motivated today – you can stay longer or do five reps more.

Tribe gym is open from 07 am to 10 pm on weekdays, and from 9 am to 9 pm on weekends. You can come in this period when you want and stay as long as you like.

This package does not limit the number of arrivals, nor the time spent at the gym.

INTRODUCTORY TRAINING

How many times did you hear that old saying that nobody was born knowing everything? Believe us when we tell you – there is no greater truth! It does not matter if you are practicing recreational or professional fitness – everyone had his or hers first training once. Can you even be prepared for your first training?

For those with whom the first encounter with the gym and fitness devices happens with us, and those who are feeling intimidated – more or less – we have prepared a mitigating option – the possibility of introductory training.

What is an introductory training?

Introductory trainings mean that you spend the first time in our gym in the company of one of the Tribe trainers, who will introduce you to the devices, show you the principle of exercising and be with you during your first hour – hour and a half, while you are training for the first time.

Why should you have an introductory training?

The goal of the introductory training is to bring you to the gym and trainings, to help you fit in and get used, and above all to teach you to use the right devices in the right way.

Because only proper exercise is – useful exercise.
